Can’t access login?

Check the connection

If you have several internet connections then make sure that your browsing device is connected to the right router. Also, check the LED indicator on the router. If you see a red light or no light on the router then ensure that the router is properly connected to the power socket. Try to plug your router into a different power socket.

Check the ethernet cable connection

The ethernet cable is primarily responsible for transmitting data between the device and the router. Hence, it should be connected to the right port. Make sure that you have connected the ethernet cable to the internet or the WAN/WLAN port of the router. If the ethernet cable is damaged then you need to replace it immediately.

Use the correct IP address

Ensure that you are using the correct IP address. If you use the incorrect IP address then you can encounter the not loading issue. You can find the default IP address underneath the router or you can refer to the user manual to find the IP address. Also, ensure that you are typing the IP address in the URL bar of the web browser not in the search box.

Use the correct login credentials

If you have changed the router’s login credentials then ensure that you are entering the updated password and username to access the admin login page.


Update the router firmware
